I. Technical advice - you have a problem? We will help you solve it! Our experience in the manufacture of molds and other special tools allows us to assist with implementation of new products and in solving various production problems for our customers.

II. CAD / CAM / CAE design - our tools are being made based on the latest design technologies with the use of computer-aided manufacturing process. We’re operating on Siemens NX software. Thanks to that we are able to design and create a very high quality products in a short time. In our range of engineering works there’s 3D modeling, 2D design documentation, CAM technology preparation, CAE process simulation and the preparation of rapid prototyping models.

III. Manufacturing of tools:
1. Materials and standardized parts: We use steel, materials, and standardized parts from reputable European suppliers like Meusburger, Hasco, FCPK Bytów, DME, etc.. In addition, for high-performance processes we use metal alloys with fast heat dissipation, beryllium bronze minerals. For hot-channel forms we use the best solutions such as: Inco, EWIKON, Hasco, etc..

2. The reference system: the company operates in Erowa ITS-Compact-Combi standard, which guarantees high precision of settings and repeatability, as well as great flexibility of production.

3. Heat treatment and PVD coating: adapting to the needs of our clients are able to offer the best thermo-chemical treatment and the use of anti-wear PVD coatings. The combination of these two elements gives a huge increase in durability and reduces the need for lubrication and maintenance of the tools.

4. Polishing, EDM finish and surface texturing: we offer our clients a comprehensive approach to the implementation of the texturing surfaces of the forming tools. We offer a preparation of polished, hollow or textured molding surfaces. The only limitation is the imagination of the customer.
