1. Identification of customer's needs: a consultation before starting the design phase. From the first contact with the customer we are trying to verify their needs and expectations regarding the tools and products thereof.

What kind of production does the tool have to be oriented for: - Small-scale production - Large-lot production

Are the details supposed to be:

- Technical
- Produced with a certain degree of accuracy

Construction of the tools depends on the information given above, their size, ratio, type of materials used, the possibility of applying additional systems of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, hot channel systems, etc.

2. Designing the tools for individual customer needs and providing access at each and every phase of the design process. We provide our customers with access to the latest CAD design systems at any stage of the design process. This allows customers to take an active part in creating the project for the tools, with full control over the process. Customers also recieve our assurance that the product design will fulfill their expectations, they can of course leave all the work to us.

3. Construction of tools that not only guarantees good quality of the product, but also the economics of production and long-term failure-free operation of tools as well as providing access at any stage of the production process. By collaborating with us, our customers have the assurance that each product is being produced in a high-quality manner. This translates to both the precision and aesthetics of the final product, as well as the efficiency of production. Furthermore, the high quality workmanship combined with the use of appropriate materials ensure the longevity of the tool.

4. Helping with implementation of the tools in production. We provide a full support during the start of production. We work with our customers until they are fully satisfied with the choice they made. We serve with our experience, to support our customers at the start of production. For customers without production base we are able to offer help to locate production or provide ready-made items produced on our own equipment.

5. Warranty and post-warranty tool service. Every customer has the assurance that we will respond to their service needs within 36 hours after the accident occurred. In addition, we offer our customers the opportunity to repair and regenerate the tools which warranty period has expired.
